Vacation and Fishing
Rates are the same for all
cabins.
The cabin rental rate is $45/night double occupancy, with $22.50/night
per additional person.
Children: The lodging rate
is half-price for children age 12 and under. Children 3 and under stay
for free.
Meals
We can cook for vacationers renting cabins. We serve three hearty, delicious meals per
day: $50/day per person, served in the lodge.
Special diets: With two
weeks advance notice, we happily accommodate special diets such as: wheat-free, gluten-free,
low salt, low fat diets. We love to see you enjoy your vacation and not
have to worry about food.
Children: When the child's
folks eat with us, meals are half price for kids 12 and under, and free
for those 5 and under.
2008 Bear hunts: 3 options
1. The complete guided hunt is
$1350 and includes:
- Guide service: your bait site will be baited each day and
is guaranteed to be active
- Baiting of sites starts one month before the season opens
- Cabin rental for six nights
- Three delicious, plentiful meals a day, weekdays. Meals start with supper on
Sunday night and end with breakfast the following Saturday.
- Transportation (initially) to your stand or blind
- Professional skinning of your bear
Meals and lodging for non-hunting
companions is $450 per week.

2. Housekeeping plan guided hunt is
$1100.
Everything in package 1, except you cook
your own meals in your cabin. The cabins have stoves, small refrigerators without freezers, dishes, and
cookware.
Lodging excluding meals for non-hunting
companions is $250 per week
3. The self-guided hunt is $600.
Cabin rental for six nights and meals are
included. You use your own bait and bait sites. Lee can assist you in
getting the necessary bait site permits.

During the deer and moose hunting
seasons there is a six-night minimum rental.
Guide service is available for an
additional fee. Please call 207-365-4548 for the rate.
The cabins have stoves, small refrigerators without freezers, dishes, and
cookware, so you
can bring and cook your own food. Or we can cook for you at $50/day per
person.
Tent Camping
Tent sites are $5 per person.
Children age 3 and under stay for free.
Site rental includes: hot
showers, well water, wood for campfires, privy. Beautiful grassy sites
on the riverbank.
Canoe/Kayak
Transport
Grand Lake Matagamon or the
Seboeis River Trip: Transportation is $35 per canoe/kayak.
Please give us three days notice of your plans. Depending on where you
park, we can shuttle you:
- Before your river trip. Park at your take-out
location; we'll pick you up there and bring you to put-in.
- After your river trip. Park at your put-in
location; we'll pick you up at take-out and bring you back to your
vehicle(s).

A discount is available in 2008 from

General Rate
Information
- Check-in time is 3 PM; check-out time is 11:30 AM.
- Weeks are calculated as seven nights.
- Maine 7% lodging tax is not included in the rates
shown above and is applied to them.
- Cabin rental rates include the use of the main room
of the lodge for relaxation from noon to 8 p.m.
- Tent site rentals include fresh water, hot showers,
wood for campfires.
- Reservations for specific cabins are accepted with
a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made.
- The lodging and meal rates are half-price for
children age 12 and under.
- Children age three and under stay, and eat, for
free.
